The Farm
In our farm we produce olive oil of extra virgin quality, obtained by cold
pressing the olives. We sell it and use it in our cuisine.
We raise the Bergamasca Breed schep. This is the only of this breed in Umbria.
We raise donkeys and poultry.
We grow fruit - which we use to prepare hand-made jams - and vegetables -
which we serve to our custumers.
